What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. Specifically:
- Contact form, your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
- 21-Day Kickstart application, your first and last name, email address, phone number, preferred training time and, optionally, your goals.
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not collect health or medical records through it.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, answer your questions and arrange your training. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and are also emailed to us so we can respond. Only Strength+Grace staff can see them.
Other services we link to
- PushPress, membership sign-ups and payments happen on PushPress, not here. Once you follow a sign-up link you are on their platform and their privacy policy applies.
- Instagram, our profile link takes you to Meta’s platform, governed by their privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. WordPress and our form software may set small functional cookies, for example to prevent duplicate form submissions. If you leave a comment or log in as an administrator, WordPress sets cookies for that purpose.
Photographs
Photographs of members, including before-and-after images, are published only with that member’s written permission. If you appear in a photograph on this site and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down.
How long we keep things
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to serve you as a member or prospective member. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Email info@strengthandgrace.fit to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
